Services Description

WP1Stop provides web development, web design, e-commerce solutions, and website maintenance services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Provide necessary access to systems and accounts when required
• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Additional work outside the original scope may incur additional charges
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and design created specifically for your project. However, we retain rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used in development. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or approval processes may extend the timeline. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the project schedule.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties except those expressly stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP1Stop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to provide our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
